50 Pounds Off Before 50 - Episode 2


In this video, I use the full 10 minutes to show a work out on the Freedom Spring System. I have lost 7 pounds, and feeling good. This is a good opportunity to show how to Bouncercise on this unique system. Using a mini trampoline is a lot more fun when you can incorporate an overhead resistance system.
